"RAKU" is the Japanese method for creating hand-painted pottery. The glazing and firing process and the hand-painted brushstroke decoration make each piece uniquely beautiful. I've used two of my favorite raku vases as models for this lesson, where we'll practice creating "lost edges" with watercolors. Your finished painting will be uniquely beautiful, too!
"Raku Vases" will be presented in our Zoom studio. The 2-hour lesson includes:
